■ 儀器概述
本系列是一款采用全新的CAM7.1TM測(cè)量軟件,特增加了接觸角自動(dòng)測(cè)量、曲面測(cè)量、基準(zhǔn)線輔助和坐標(biāo)顯示等功能。用于測(cè)量和分析液體在固體表面的接觸角、液體的表面張力、液滴幾何尺寸、固體表面能及其組分等,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)固體表面的親/疏水性分析、潤濕性分析、潔凈度檢測(cè)、處理效果評(píng)估,以及液體被競爭、吸附、吸收和鋪展等過程分析。廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、醫(yī)藥、食品、電子、印染和噴涂等眾多領(lǐng)域的測(cè)試與研究。

整機(jī)采用鋁合金底板搭配*設(shè)計(jì)的多維精密機(jī)械定位滑臺(tái),協(xié)調(diào)控制樣品臺(tái)、加樣系統(tǒng)、成像系統(tǒng)
手動(dòng)加樣裝置采用齒輪齒條和螺紋絲桿驅(qū)動(dòng)進(jìn)樣器加液,可選配多種規(guī)格液體進(jìn)樣器

軟件具有曲面修正功能,用于測(cè)試凹凸曲面、球面和粗糙不規(guī)則面的接觸角
圖片可不用保存直接測(cè)量,任意三點(diǎn)畫圓求出接觸角值,也可自動(dòng)分析求取接觸角值
不僅可測(cè)量液體表面張力,也可計(jì)算液滴的輪廓尺寸(包括高度、寬度、接觸直徑等)
